How do I perform a traceroute

From a windows computer do the following steps:
Click Start
Click Run
Enter "command" with out the quotes
Type "tracert www.yoursite.com" with out the quotes and entering your actual domain name.
Once the results are in the screen, you can hit the black logo in the top left part of the screen and select mark, to select the results with your mouse. Then enter to copy the results. You can then paste them into your support ticket.
